When I should have been applying for jobs…Part 1. Procrastination Stew

3 Bean Morrocan Stew with Garlic Parm Croutons and a Flying Dog Amber:

Saute onions and garlic…Throw in everything else (potatoes and carots first). Simmer for 2.5 hours. Grab a beer (a good beer). Add cheese and croutons. Pour into bowl. Open beer. Sit down and watch some Dr. Who and hope thatGod is applying to jobs for you.

Ingredients after the break: 2 Cups Mixed Beans (Garbonz, Black and Pinto)

1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
1 Onion
2/3 Clove Garlic
6 Baby Portabellas
1 Handful Baby Carrots
1 Small Sweet Potato
Gruyere and Cheddar to Taste
Garlic Parm Croutons (made a day or two before so as to keep procrastination going for as long as possible)
2 Tsp Cumin
A Bay Leaf…Or Two
2 Tsp Curry Powder
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tsp Chili Powder + Chili Flakes
Salt + Pepper
